Return & Exchange Policy

Hair Products Refunds for hair products are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days, and the product must be at least 80% full. Damaged products may also be exchanged within this timeframe as long as they meet the same requirements.

Hot Tools Refunds for hot tools are available within 14 days when the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days if the item is unused and in sellable condition. After 30 days, any damaged or defective hot tools must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Hair Services We do not offer refunds for hair services. If an adjustment is needed, we are happy to provide a fix within fourteen days of the original appointment. All adjustments are offered at the stylist’s discretion, and product fees may apply when necessary.

All hair accessories, hair extensions and hair systems are considered final sale due to health and hygiene reasons, similar to jewelry. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All refunds and exchanges require a receipt and management approval.

Please note: We try our best to keep stock updated, however if product is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you for a substitute or notify you once it is back in stock! Online Exclusive Orders may take up to 14 days to arrive, we will notify you once ready for pick up or delivery.
